Xfactor 4.2 Bug List index out of bounds

Ok here is a definate bug in Xfactor 4.2 (Released 03-14-2005)

This mainly happens when you are working with larger site lists
I go though and verify the whole list. Then when I go under the
List Functions and do a Remove Bad Results it crashes right then with
the error. List index out of bounds (33)

The error comes up really fast then the whole program just crashes.

It also doesn't matter if you use the Right click on the list and then go into List functions and remove bad results or click the Remove Bad Results on the left hand side of the screen you still get the same error.

I am loading a list of about maybe 7000 URLs and I am getting this error.
can some one please look into this bug.
