Thumbs up DRM & streaming Media Copier

Yesterday I came across an excellent little Utility Attached Below

That can copy 1:1 Anything that plays in The Windows Media Player , either Local or Server-side!!

It has been tested on members.hardcoremoviestation.com/ and will most probably work with Adutbouncer & Delux Pass with ease.

This Program is very easy to setup (<5 mins) and you will be well on your way to making un-protected 1:1 copies of DRM Protected content.

Only draw back is that you have to watch (play) the entire Movie in order to copy it.

- if you have DRM Proctected content on your local HDD you can Leave multiple streams running in the Background and have them all converted to STD .ASF Format in time for brecky.

Details ,Program {Non Warez}, & Password Below.

Enjoy!

What if the buffer fail, or if you pause the movie the movie will be broken?

Good Question,

#Buffer Failure?.... What ever is recorded up until that point in time is saved and can be played back upon completion...if you find that you cannot fast forward through the recorded portion of the clip then you will need a Media fixer found through GOGGLES -O~O- ! to rebuild the file.

as for #pausing the movie i am not sure, but basically I would probably download the whole movie say 380MB for 110 minutes in high quality.

then using 3rd party video editing software extract the Scene(s) out and delete the rest before re=encoding it into a smaller/different format.

As I mentioned above ~ I only discovered it yesterday

also note that this is an old version of the Program - the newer Pay-for-me version has un-told more options and flashiness then this one, however you may need to be a video buff head and have more time then I to sit down and work out the in's and out's that come with it.

here is the info from the HTML file:

Code:
Fixing connection problems

On poor connections Windows Media Player may experience the following behaviour:

1. The connection speed is lower than the bitrate (bit rate / speed) of the clip. In this case Windows Media Player can either switch to a lower bitrate (if the clip properties allows it) or feezes the image and plays only sound. When switching to a lower bitrate the picture and / or sound are lower quality. In both situations the Player will display the message "Buffering...".

2. Packets of data are lost. In this case Windows Media Player may either freeze both the picture and sound or show no picture at all. The time display however keeps moving forward.

When recording in URL mode these problems may be fixed. WM Recorder does not switch to a lower bitrate so even though the received data rate may be lower the picture and sound will be OK when the file is played back. To compensate for lost packets, WM Recorder implements a time compressing feature which eliminates the gaps. However, the lost information is not recovered.

You can also use the Reprocess option to fix some problems and reduce the size of the ASF files. A file with the extension .rep.asf will be created.
Hope that helps.

Alternatively you may download the Lattest version from
