Ok lets keep this simple folks no need for questions, I personally verified this works on another forum I'm very fond of, the original instructions are below, but the simple instructions are

File needs to be requested from 4 different IP address's, then it is mirrorred and any ip can download it at fast speed, resume, DL managers basically like a mirror.

What you need is GOOD anon ip's, 3 of them Then use yours, and the 3 others. I cap GOOD because it errored me using proxies both Charon and C-Force accepted as anon, and bleach did as high anon (did not take the time to figure out why)
or
3 friends
or
any forum of similar interest or just mask the link and make it clickable, surely no one will notice and hopefully they will get it mirrored for you. At any rate simply it can be done and no more waiting by time restrictions!

Use Rapidsnare to kick Rapidshare!

Replace "rapidshare.de" with "rapidsnare.de" and after just 4 requests (from different IPs) they mirror the file and you can download without waiting. Big files are splitted in ~50MB parts with a bat file to join them after download. Of course you can use proxies to speed up the requests

Download managers are supported!

Multiple simultaneous downloads are supported !

Proxies... You won't need them really ))

The speed is excellent, IMHO comparable to RapidShare.

The user interface is a bit strange, you need to click the file link to see the actual download link for each file. OR you can just open all links in new windows and grab them from there.

If you request big files, make SURE you first test if they are still busy splitting them, by right-clicking on the link and using "save target to". If you get a server not found error, just wait a few minutes or reload the page and everything works fine.

Hopefully they live long and prosper.

I have a premium accont so I did not verify originally all the promises, I have since read that dl managers are not supported but talk is talk and I have not verified past the mirror part of the process, just so ya all know!~

just validated again, same file still mirrored, no wait.....

Its this easy, 5 people need to request the same link from different IP address and they will mirror the file and no more restrictions (supposedly) I did this on another baord to test it with a small file and it worked fine. If you want to test it I put 1 file up, follow below link, after 4 more people click it they should mirror it with no more delay for non premium users.
