Please note the following general rules for the posting of proxies:
1 -
Post files as .ZIP, .RAR, or .ACE attachments ONLY. DO NOT POST AS TXT files OR IN THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE. This saves a great deal of space on our server.
2- Please name the file according to the
date posted and
your nick if at all possible. This makes it much easier to download multiple files and not have to rename and allows us to track posters in terms of which proxies posted.
3- Resolve the lists to the format -
IP address (numeric digits only) : port. This makes it a great deal easier to remove duplicates from lists when rechecking. You should not have HOST names in your list (ex - www.bware.it:80)
5 - Only post lists in IP:Port format,
do not include anonymity levels, connect ability, etc because this jams up many proxy checking programs.

Remove duplicates from your lists.
7 -
Label SOCKS posts (if they are only socks) as such.
Generally, lists should look like the following, in a txt file which is then zipped/rared.

Other Recommendations that are not by any means required -
1 - Use
charon (http://rhino.deny.de/charon.php) or
AAtools (http://www.glocksoft.com/) for proxy checking as these have been proven the most functional and accurate for testing.
2 - When possible, remove proxies that block access to adult related sites through filters, are on a government owned ip block, or pose serious risk to use.
3 - Use a reputable proxyjudge that has been tested by the program you are using to test, such as those found @ http://web.freerk.com/proxyjudge/prxjdg.htm
