All proxy's dead ?????????????

I reinstall my WINDOWS XP and Accessdiver
I check my installation many times.
When I use a new proxylist (fresh from here) and I do the speed.... test, my scanner give always TIME OUT for all proxys.
Mayby bad proxyjudges ?????? Mayby a bad upgrade of windows ?????

who can tell me what's mayby the problem please ???

In fact, check your proxyjudges (copy to IE and show, if it die you can't test ip...)
Which ver you use, if it winxp SP2, go to this page and download XP-SP2 patch (cos SP2 limit connection to 10)

i also checkspeed 10 and timeout is 20s. I check list 2000 and just got 100.... But ammo list in xisp alway give me more than when i testing my leech
