Proxy Checkers giving me ONLY 200OK responses in basic auth sites...

That's it.

I like to use Charon to filter my proxies and Sentry 2.0 or AD for checking and in that 2 last I'm getting only 200 responses with proxies no matter if site is basic authentication or no auth...

PJs are OK.
XP SP2 patch is OK.
Configurations are OK.
Target site are OK.
Firewall configs are OK.

WTF?

You mean whatever site you test proxies against returns 200 response? No login site of course will give that response, form type site as well. basic authentication should give 401 though. Maybe put one of the proxies in firefox and go to your site with the live headers turned on and see what the header response is.
