I am not sure if this is the right place for this post. When I first visited the XISP.ORG page (not the forum), I clicked "solomon url rating database" and it directed me to this page that banned my IP address. I am not sure if its suppose to do that but if it was, I didn't know I was suppose to click on it.

What do you mean it banned your ip address. If it banned you, you woulda been banned :)
