I know I usually get it anytime I mention this but here I go again, before I could succesfully aquire and use anonymous proxies and to be honest still today, I used a place called findnot.com. I am not promoting or being lazy or robbed, the service was cheap, used them well over 1 1/2 years now, without a complaint in the world. Uses only vpn and ssh tunneling with putty and socks proxies. I used it while I learned and burned and through all my dumb mistakes I never had an issue. Also great for Rapidshr and any other ip restricting site, has like 30 servers, when they ban my ip, close putty, open up a new server immedietely downloading again. Just thought it may be useful for some like me had had a hard time finding succesful proxy and it compliments overkill's very correct quote.
If you are really concerned, ways to buy anonymously, works on any system, fits on a usb. no faster or slower than any proxy I have used and unlike with tor which sites recognized me as using a proxy, and asked for resets, I have never have any ip (whatisyourip.com) or proxy judge see I am using it.
I do not BF but I attached a dos program I use, validates u:p site, I test 100's against the same the same site never a ban or block, I could not tell you why. hope it helps.
Does not require any action to be taken with Java or active x but to be sure I tested the below with all on and all of with the same results.
