X-Factor vs Jackal-X

What are the differences? I see many questions regarding X-Factor and not many for Jackal-X... also, is there a tutorial for Jackal-X?

Okay... so I downloaded and began to use X-Factor... but it is not working thus far... I am trying to get a pass to work for www.clubcytherea.com or crissymoran.com... thoughts?
