OK, here's the answer I have.
No, you are not a hacker if you use AccessDiver. Although AD does have some tools that can be used for hacking purpose, most people that use it are what we classify as crackers. Meaning it is used to Bruteforce passwords. Yes it contains tools for exploiting and even can be used to cross into hacking. But you have to be very knowlegeble to do that. People that are at the level of a hacker would know. Plus, at that level I don't think they are still using AD. lol
btw, some are not too fond of AD. It has a history of dubious activity. Such as being bundled with spyware and even trojans. Also contains an infamous "phone home" feature of it's own that has never been accounted for.
