About CCbill new security measures?

I've got question regarding the brute force cracking of some CCBILL sites. I've noticed that recently and increasing number of these sites are not including the choice of your own username and password in their "sign-up/Join Now" section anymore. I'm thinking this is probably because CCBIll is generating it's harder to crack username and password for customers of it's clients site.
My questions are, how would it be possible to crack these sites now that they have introduced such measures? Or would i have to learn how to exploit now?

Yeah bro just as Splico said....... ur only way on those and any other sites that generate the U:P combo for the customer....... is exploiting....... it is damn near impossible to get a hit off of the generated ones..... hope that cleared things up......

I've noticed that some ccbill sites have fields to fill in username and password, others dont (says also Vscrub protection only in last ones or not?)

so those where you can not fill user and password on sign up are generated passes?
cause they arent allways that hard (though some are impossible)
