Paypal Database Hacker realy works?

This thing tried to access net when I ran it (which I of course blocked). It doesn't look like you can register it so I'm inclined to believe this is, how could you put it, guillableware. :P

Does this thing even work? Meh not gonna waste anymore time on it. But if you can confirm it does indeed work and you can indeed register it then I might take another look at it.

OK, Here it is. We are not going to promote anything to do with cc fraud or stealing paypal accounts. This app is a fraud.

There has to be a line of what to do and not do and hacking some poor slobs paypal account and stealing his money crosses that line.

Hackers rule of thumb, don't mess with cp, gov. or money. The end
