What happened to the "old school" AVS sites

Hi,

Like I said in the introduction forum..
I've been on "vacation" from the pr0n business for some years and returned
some weeks ago.
I've suddenly realised that I haven't seen any shared AdultCheck / AdultCheck Gold, CyberAge, UltraPass, NetVerifier, AdultBouncer etc. AVS passes.

Did they become hard to crack and only seen in the VIP sections, or..?

Adultcheck and ACG are actually quite easy. They barelly ever expire users anyway. Those are no problem. About other ones, dunno, there seems little demand over it, except AB, but those are already said why. They're scarce.

Soon enough, I think every site will be using some kind of randomly generated passwords and form logins.

Quite possible. But then computers are going to be strong enough to crack those pretty easilly i bet. They have the means today to make themselves uncrackable, but they never do, so they won't in future aswell.

There's also the human factor - people have a very difficult time remembering randomly-generated passwords. A lot of administrators don't want to dealw ith the hassle of "I forgot my password - could you send another" kind of crap, so I think in the near term at least you will see both types.
