Default Judge and Proxy problem with C-Force

So for some reason I continue to have problems with judges (all variations) in C-force saying they are Bad when I have tested in Charon and manually. As well I load proxies just checked with Charon and they are all said to be bad and it was rather frustrating, so I did what most normal people may have done 1 minute after they had the problem go to the source for help

and under the tweak and tips do's and don't section I read something.

Tweaks:
You have not so much tweaks in CF but here are a few:

For fast analysing uncheck "autofind analyse proxy", "use proxy for analyse" and "check for blocking pages" . This will use your own IP to analyse but it has no real harm as you only test it twice with a fake pass, so all sites allow that and won't block you.
Enable "skip proxy test" if you test your list once in a while it's enough.
Lower the retries for basic authorisation, but keep them higher for form logins.
Lower the proxy connect timeout.
As I adjusted each setting and retried with the same results I saw "lower proxy connect timeout" and remembered i had moved it up to 45 seconds from 27. I adjusted it down to 25, nothing judges said not working. Adjusted to 20 seconds and BAM all the sudden the judges were good and the proxies tested and where C-Fo verified 0 before now 422 were good. I know it sounds silly but it worked for me, I have seen similar questions so I upped screen shots of my current setting which seem to work perfect for those experiencing similar issues.

OK well I found out what my issue was by accident, perhaps anyone else experiencing these issues can know if it is theirs. Not just me, below is my response to someone on carpetboys forum....

I cannot say for sure but I have seen the same topic at a few forums but it is not specific to C-force rather AD and others as well - see quote below -
""Ok, i've tried for days to find someone with this problem im having, maybe somebody out there has had this problem and knows the solution. Here it goes.
I recently reinstalled windows xp, after doing so my c-force once it actually starts the bruteforcing process it freezes and unfreezes and goes through a couple combos and freezes and unfreezes and goes through some more, its a pain in the ass. Now it don't start that until it actually starts to bruteforce, I DONT use Access Diver, but was curious and started a session in it and when it starts to bruteforce I get the same shit. Any solution for this problem?""

Don't worry you did not do anything wrong, except what you are told you have to, patch and update! So if you did patch your xp sp2 machine back in April (KB908531) then chances are you have ==verclsid.exe== file in your directory, and it would be the cause.

Last night as I was writing about and checking processguard and doing my checks when I noticed that file above hanging out. I did not recognize it, nor did ProcessGuards file and process DataBase or WinPatrols file and and program DataBase. Well google did, here what I found out about it, what it does, and what we can de, which unfortunetely seems like it is not enough.

Many links to read and make your own decision....

Obviously if you did not install April (KB908531) Update or don't have file "verclsid.exe" somewhere on your system you are experiencing another issue.
